All sessions are held via Zoom, providing you with a link to join before the session. To ensure a smooth experience, you’ll need a reliable internet connection, a laptop or phone with a camera and microphone, and a quiet, comfortable space where you can fully engage without distractions. Being in a safe, undisturbed environment will allow you to be present and focussed during the session.
