What to wear and what yoga props to bring to the session?

Wear comfortable clothing and create a quiet space where you can be fully present during the session. You’ll need a yoga mat and, if possible, props such as cushions or bolsters for added support. If you haven’t got those a towel, blanket or cushions can be used too.

After booking you’ll receive a confirmation email with a little more information and a few simple steps to complete before we meet. These help me understand you better and ensure the session is supportive, safe, and tailored to your needs.

All sessions are held via Zoom, providing you with a link to join before the session. Being in a safe, undisturbed environment will allow you to be present and focussed during the session.
