4. Booking, Cancellation, and Rescheduling Policy
   1. Booking: All sessions must be booked in advance. Availability is subject to confirmation, as session times are set by us.
   2. Cancellation: Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
   3. Rescheduling: Clients may request to reschedule a session at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session may not be accommodated.
5. Payment Terms
   1. Payment must be made in full before the session unless otherwise agreed upon.
   2. Accepted payment methods will be communicated during booking.
   3. Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
6. Disclaimer of LiabilityParticipation in yoga and Family Constellations sessions is voluntary and at your own risk. Rhythms of Harmony is not responsible for any injuries, emotional effects, or other outcomes related to these sessions. Clients should consult a medical professional if they have any concerns about their ability to participate. 
7. Confidentiality and PrivacyYour personal information and session details will be treated with strict confidentiality. Information shared during sessions will not be disclosed unless required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how your data is handled. 
8. Intellectual PropertyAll content on this website, including text, images, and materials, is owned by Rhythms of Harmony, and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute this content without our written consent.

14. Prohibition on RecordingClients are strictly prohibited from recording yoga or Family Constellations sessions, whether online or in person, without prior written consent from Rhythms of Harmony. Unauthorized recording or distribution of session content is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate termination of services. We reserve the right to pursue legal action if necessary.
