Welcome to Rhythms of Harmony. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services, including Family Constellations and Yoga sessions. By accessing this website or booking a session, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms: Welcome! By booking a session or using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which are designed to keep our sessions safe, supportive, and enjoyable for everyone. If you feel these terms don’t suit you, we completely understand and ask that you wait until you’re comfortable with them before participating.
2. Services: We provide Family Constellations and Yoga sessions to support personal growth, self-awareness, and holistic well-being. These services do not replace medical advice or treatment. Consult a healthcare professional for any medical concerns. 
3. Booking, Cancellation, and Rescheduling Policy:
   1. Booking: All sessions must be booked in advance. Availability is subject to confirmation, and are confirmed at our discretion.
   2. Cancellation: Sessions cancelled less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable.
   3. Rescheduling: Clients may request to reschedule a session at least 48 hours in advance. Requests made within 48 hours of the session may not be accommodated.
4. Payment Terms:
   1. Payment must be made in full before the session unless otherwise agreed upon.
   2. Accepted payment methods will be communicated during booking.
   3. Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
5. Participation & Liability:
   • Participation in Family Constellations and Yoga sessions is voluntary and at your own risk. 
   • All clients must complete a waiver and intake form prior to attending sessions.
   • By participating, you acknowledge the risks involved . Rhythms of Harmony is not responsible for any injuries, emotional effects, or other outcomes related to these sessions.
   • Clients should consult a medical professional if they have any concerns about their ability to participate. 
6. Confidentiality and Privacy: Your personal information and session details will be treated with strict confidentiality. Information shared during sessions will not be disclosed unless required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how your data is handled. 
7. Intellectual Property: All content on this website, including text, images, and materials, is owned by Rhythms of Harmony, and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute this content without our written consent. 
8. Limitation of Liability: Rhythms of Harmony is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our website or services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, emotional distress, or any other intangible losses. 
9. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rhythms of Harmony and its team from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from your use of our website or services. 
10. Termination of Services: We reserve the right to terminate services at our discretion if a client breaches these Terms and Conditions, engages in inappropriate behaviour, or misuses our services. 
11. Modifications to Terms: Rhythms of Harmony reserves the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. 
12. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of England and Wales. By using this website or engaging in our services, you agree that any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, regardless of your location.  
13. Prohibition on Recording: Clients are strictly prohibited from recording Family Constellations or Yoga sessions, whether online or in person, without prior written consent from Rhythms of Harmony. Unauthorised recording or distribution of session content is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate termination of services. We reserve the right to pursue legal action if necessary.  
14. Electronic Consent: By booking a session online or via email, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
15.  Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or inability to provide services due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, technical failures, or public emergencies).
16. Severability: If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will still apply in full.
