Do I need prior experience to practise yoga with you?

What if I can’t do all the postures and is Ashtanga Yoga suitable for me?

Each session is designed to meet you where you are, with modifications provided to suit your needs and support your level of experience. Ashtanga Yoga can be practiced by anyone with a willingness to explore a more active and disciplined approach to yoga. 

Do I need to prepare anything before my session?

After booking you’ll receive a confirmation email with a little more information and a few simple steps to complete before we meet. These help me understand you better and ensure the session is supportive, safe, and tailored to your needs.

How will it happen?

All sessions are held via Zoom, providing you with a link to join before the session. To ensure a smooth experience, you’ll need a reliable internet connection, a laptop or phone with a camera and microphone, and a quiet, comfortable space where you can fully engage without distractions.

Being in a safe, undisturbed environment will allow you to be present and focussed during the session.
